At this Mooresville home you can see they obviously had an infestation of Bats. Due to NCWRC regulations we are not going to be able to do any evictions on the Bats until after the babies are flight-worthy (About 8 weeks). We can however seal the rest of the home to prevent the Bats from getting in anywhere else and causing anymore damage to the attic space or insulation.

Apartment complex in Charlotte NC
Notice how small the gap is under this shingle, there were dozens of Bats in the attic entering through this gap on an apartment complex in Charlotte. Once all the Bats are removed the Bat guano will be removed from the attic space along with all the insulation to disinfect, deodorize, and re-install new insulation back to R-38 (Mecklenburg County Building Code).

Here you can see Travis being lowered down while installing the eviction screen
70ft in the air! At this particular industry the Bats were entering through the area where the two building met. Workers here said that they had seen several
hundred Bats trying to get in after the screen was installed, but none were successful. Sounds like our plan worked! Some say were crazy, but this high angle Bat Control sure saved the business several thousand dollars in rental fees!
